We offer pasture raised, grass finished beef from 1/8 to whole cow share sizes. We purchase six month to year old healthy steers and heifers, graze them on our no-spray pasture, supplementing with local hay, and feeding them lots of veggie treats from the garden.

Pasture Raised Whole Frozen Chicken- AVAILABLE
We raise pasture cornish cross hens on a no-corn and no-soy, locally milled feed. They are hand raised by my teenage boys, rotated to fresh pasture every three days, and live their lives happily until we process them as a family on our farm. After chilling for 24 hours to soften the meat, we package them in shrink-wrap freezer bags and they are ready for you to enjoy. The best roast chicken you will ever eat.

To join the 2027 beef share waitlist please send us a message! We do not require a holding fee or down payment, we simply add you to our official list and contact you next spring to make sure you are still in.
2027 beef will go to processor in August.
Once they go to processor we will contact you, helping walk you through the process of selecting your cuts (if you want steak, roast, ground meet, how much, etc), you will pay us our fee, and a week later your beef will be ready to pick up in Hillsboro. You will pay the butcher their fees at pick up.
(2026 fees are $5.75 per pound hanging weight, plus dispatch fee, plus butcher fees. We aim for your final cost to be around $10 per pound).
